Vespa For Sale : Hi Colin Sounds like either a switch problem or if they switch on and off but don't flash then it's going to be the flasher relay I would suspect. Not sure where it is on that scoot but have a search on the net or check out the manual if you have one. Once located it should be an easy to replace, normally only screwed to the frame somewhere and a few wires to it. Just make sure you look where you take any wires off of. Tony.
