Dualers are brothers Si and Tyber Cranstoun and their 6 piece band. Music has
always been in their blood, their father the legendary Bill Cranstoun was one
of the pioneer promoters of ska and reggae in the early sixties with his Savoy
Sound System. They have already supported heroes and legends The Skatalites, Toots
and The Maytals, Ziggy Marley, and The Beat. Recently they appeared live in session
for Mark Lamarr on Radio 2 and have had two top 25 hits in the last 18 months.
Their debut album The Melting Pot was released in July to rave reviews and is
currently selling over 100 copies a week. SKAVOOVIE was started up Tyber
Cranstoun and Steve Edwards and is fast becoming one of the cornerstones of the
London ska revival. It was set up as a place where people could enjoy authentic
ska and reggae by listening to resident band The Dualers and dancing to records
played by resident DJ, DJ Cello. Guest DJs have already included Mark Lamarr. SKAVOOVIE
is held at Londons POP , 14 Soho Street, London, W1 (nearest tube Tottenham

October, 26th October, 9th November etc). Doors open at 7pm and the club runs
