After all the organising and once everything is set up, the waiting is the hardest! Will anyone turn up? Will the weather hold out? ... Well, as Steve from the Pilgrims SC said, I need not have looked so worried ... scooterists from all over turned out to support our 13th Annual Easter Egg Run and it didn't rain, snow, blow a gale or any other such dreaded weather.

- Furthest Travelled - Jason Ude, 234 miles on a Dragster 125 from Barry Island, South Wales
Usually Spider from London retains the 'furthest travelled' trophy but I'm sure Spider will join us all in congratulating Jason Ude for his very long journey from Barry Island, South Wales - tidy!

First stop was The Manor Respite Home (Derby Drive) for disabled children.



Then on to the Sue Ryder Hospice (Thorpe Hall) ...
