PLVSC BOYS GET
STRIPPED OFF FOR CHARITY SCOOTER CALENDAR
Sunday, 27th November 2005
@ Soul Surf Cafe, Papa Luigi's, Lincoln Road, Walton, Peterborough
From 2.30pm
"Looks like there is gonna be a lot of rubber necking
this Sunday as motorists pass the Soul Surf Cafe this Sunday,
11 brave scooterists are joining radio DJ Pete Revell for
one of those nude calendars photo shoots and looking at some
of the lads I reckon people driving past will be rubber necking
but looking away!
The lads are joining Pete in a bid to raise money for a blind
dog (no the dog won't be blind, if you know what I mean) and
the calendar will go on sale pretty shortly.
We're kinda making it sweet and sour cus the local TV chef
and smoothy Danny Boome has promised me that he is gonna get
a couple of page 3 girls down there and they will join in
the shoot, wives and birds permitting.
The fun starts at 2.30pm if anyone wants to come down for
the crack and the lads have asked that spectators take into
account the cold weather.
The cafe has now got the internet linked to the sound system
so if you can get me off my Northern Soul Site you can play
some nice Ska or Weller tunes from the net whilst keeping
warm" - Stef
Well the brave, enthusiastic and daring scooterist of
PLVSC did the deed! You'd assume that they'd think it'd
be a better idea to be part of a bare-all (well very nearly
all) photo-shoot in the summer ... not at the end of November
with the onset of winter chilling your extremities!!
Calendar now available - £10 each
plus £2p&p - Contact Grinner (see 'Contact Us' page
for details).

Andy, they won't be looking at how clean your scooter is!

The local DJ has a go ... I don't know what's going through
Ray's head ... but Andy looks keen!

It has all the hustle and bustle of the Chippendale's changing
room ... without the Chippendale's!

Brave ... very brave indeed ...

'Farmfoods' special of the week - frozen scooterists to ride
away!

Who said scooterist's were all old and flabby ...

What a sight ...

Well done all of you ... including one of the scooterist Mrs'
(Nicky) who donned a WPC's uniform and got into the spirit
of the occasion.
